Flora’s Guide to a Second Chance at Love and Life

Chapter 1414

"You've been through a lot with the whole kidnapping ordeal, and we all feel for you. But that doesn't mean you can just throw accusations at me!" Louise's eyes were starting to well up, as if she was the one wronged here. "Seriously, Fiona, have you lost it? How could your kidnapping be Louise's fault? Just let her off the hook!"

The others quickly rallied behind Louise. "Maybe you ticked someone off, and now they're out for revenge! Just let her go!"

"Nash, are you really just going to stand there and let Louise take the fall?"

The students from Class 5 thought Fiona was taking things too far. But knowing Nash and his friends, they hesitated to stir up too much trouble. A girl discreetly pulled out her phone and called a teacher. "And here I thought you had something going for you. Besides playing the victim, what else can you do?"

Fiona didn't even flinch. She looked at Louise with a bored expression, like she couldn't be bothered to continue this charade.

Another damsel in distress routine-she found it utterly tiresome.

But Fiona wasn't the type to get pushed around. Whatever Louise had done, she was ready to pay her back, no sparing of punches.

"I'm giving you one chance. Own up to what you did, leave Westbrook High, and never show up in front of me again. We'll call it even," she said calmly.

Louise's eyes, red and puffy, met hers. "Fiona, I'm telling you, it wasn't me! You have zero proof, yet you're out here accusing me and causing all this drama. Don't you think that's over the top?"

"Nash, are you really going to keep backing her up?" Louise shot Nash a wounded look, like she'd been completely betrayed.

Nash pressed his lips together, hesitating before finally speaking, "Fiona-"

"Shut it."

Fiona cut him off without hesitation. She was already fed up and didn't want to waste her breath explaining anything further.

She cast a

composure, and flicked her tongue against her teeth.

"You think you've covered your tracks so well that I can't touch you, huh?"

Louise stayed silent, but it was written all over her face-that's exactly what she thought.

She was betting Fiona couldn't prove a thing.

"Giving you a choice was me being nice. If I wanted you gone, evidence or not, you'd be out today."

Louise almost laughed at the absurdity. She couldn't fathom where Fiona got this

cockiness from.

A girl from the sticks, if not for Nash and his crew backing her, she

And yet here she was making

these bold threats!

"Well, I'd love to see you try and get me expelled."

Fiona gave a little smirk, "Suit yourself."

She had tried to keep her head down, but some people just wouldn't let things be. She released Louise, leaned against the doorframe, and slowly pulled out her phone.

Just as she was about to make her move, a booming voice cut through the tension. "What on earth is going on here!"

Fiona paused, looking up from her phone.

Striding towards them were Mr. Trevor, the Class 5 homeroom teacher, and Keaton.

"This is completely out of control!" Mr. Trevor marched over, fuming "This is a school, not a fight club. Are you all trying to start a riot or something?"
