Chapter 867 Theodore really loves you

Phoebe really had nothing to talk about with Brandon. They exchanged a few awkward words, followed by a long silence.

Sensing her discomfort, Brandon didn't stay long and excused himself, saying he was tired and went back to his room. The living room was left with just Phoebe and the sleeping children.

She slowly finished the coffee Riley had prepared, then walked over to the castle. She checked the time on her wrist and, feeling it was about right, gently woke them up.

Hubert was the first to open his eyes. Seeing Phoebe, he quickly got up and threw himself into her arms, hugging her waist and acting cute.

"Mom, I missed you so much." Hubert nuzzled her neck, his adorable voice still heavy with sleep.

Phoebe's lips curved into a smile, and she said happily, "I missed you too, so I came to take you home."

Hearing Phoebe's voice, Boris and Noomi also woke up. They snuggled up to her, "Mom, is your work finished?"

"Yes, it's finished." Phoebe kissed their foreheads and went to get their coats to put on them.

Ethan also woke up, his little face marked with sleep lines, looking a bit confused.

Noomi had already started telling Phoebe about the events of the morning, speaking clearly and vividly, with Hubert and Boris adding details.

It was clear that Madison's fall from upstairs had left a significant psychological impact on them.

Phoebe comforted them a bit, dressed them in their clothes and shoes, and then saw Brandon coming down from upstairs. She led the children over.

"It's getting late. My mom is waiting for me to pick her up. I'll take the kids home now," Phoebe said respectfully.

Brandon bent down to pat Hubert's head, then looked up at Phoebe kindly, "Stay for dinner before you go. If it's too late, you can stay at the estate. There are plenty of rooms."

Phoebe shook her head, "No, the kids have trouble sleeping in unfamiliar beds."

"Mr. Reynolds, I didn't bring my little dinosaur, I won't be able to sleep," Hubert said adorably, blinking his eyes.

Brandon laughed, "You're so young and already picky about where you sleep. You need to get out more."noveldrama

Then he looked at Phoebe and said, "Phoebe, I know you still hold a grudge about what happened back then, but since you and Theodore are planning to start over, you need to let it go. Otherwise, it will just be a drain on your current relationship. Do you understand what I mean?"

Phoebe had thought Brandon would oppose her getting back together with Theodore, but she was surprised by his open-minded attitude. She looked down at Hubert, Boris, and Noomi.

"You don't mind the kids?"

Brandon said, "I've lived long enough to see things clearly. If we were an ordinary family, we might consider whether raising them would be a burden, but the Reynolds family has nothing but money. We can easily afford to raise them."

Brandon was being honest. In an ordinary family, no one would want to be foolish enough to raise three kids, given the high energy and educational costs.

"Think carefully about what I said. Once you're together, don't talk about breaking up easily again," Brandon added gently.

Phoebe lowered her head and murmured, "Okay."

She took the children out of the villa, and the sound of an engine came from the yard. Christopher got out of a Mercedes, his eyes lighting up when he saw Phoebe.

"Phoebe, are these the triplets?" Christopher looked at Hubert, Boris, and Noomi with amazement, "They really look exactly alike."

Phoebe smiled gently and said to the children, "Say hello to Christopher." "Hello, Christopher."

"Hello, Christopher."

"Hello, Christopher."

"Hello, Christopher."

Christopher's heart melted at their greetings. He smiled and said, "I didn't prepare any

gifts for you, but I'll make it up to you next time, okay?"

Noomi smiled sweetly, "Mr. Brandon Reynolds bought us lots of gifts."

"A big castle," Hubert gestured with his hands.

"We'll come to play again next time," Boris said energetically.

"Okay, call me next time you want to come play, and I'll pick you up," Christopher said.

Phoebe smiled, "I can't trouble you like that. I'll take the kids and go now." "Phoebe, let me drive you. It's not safe for you to drive back alone with four kids. I'll bring the family seven-seater over," Christopher said quickly. Without waiting for Phoebe to refuse, he immediately went to get the car from the garage.

Phoebe watched his back helplessly and had the children line up to walk out.

The emblem on the front of the car was particularly eye-catching. The interior was spacious, with leather seats and satellite TV, looking very luxurious.

Christopher said he would drive them, but he actually called a driver to drive while he sat in the back with Phoebe and the kids.

For some reason, he liked the triplets at first sight, unlike the usual aversion to other people's children.

The kids were watching cartoons, so Christopher chatted with Phoebe.

"Time really flies. In the blink of an eye, you're a mom now," Christopher said with emotion, not feeling awkward about mentioning motherhood.

Phoebe smiled, "Yes, and you've become more mature and steady."

"I've always been mature and steady," Christopher said, dissatisfied.

Phoebe laughed, "Yes, yes. So, have you dated anyone in the past two years? Theodore

is already thirty, and you're not young either."

"Hey, Phoebe, you can't talk like that. The least popular topic among young people nowadays is urging marriage and having kids," Christopher pretended to sigh. Phoebe was amused, "I never realized you were so funny. Alright, I won't ask anymore." After chatting for a while, the conversation turned to Theodore. Christopher said casually, "The first year you went to Caneda, Theodore seemed fine, going to work and coming home, but everyone around him could see he was just a shell of a person." Phoebe pressed her lips together, "Christopher."

"The second year, he got a bit better, and you could see a smile on his face. Later, when he found out Edward was frequently going to Caneda, Theodore probably couldn't swallow his pride to go find you, so he bottled up his feelings, looking really pitiful," Christopher said.

Phoebe didn't respond.

"Once, he drank too much at a business event and, as a company president, squatted at a hotel entrance, refusing to leave. I happened to be nearby and went to pick him

up. He was holding a box of porridge, saying it was for you but didn't know how to get it to you."

Phoebe's heart ached, and she blinked rapidly to keep the tears from falling, "Christopher, please stop."

Christopher looked at her reddening eyes and said, "Phoebe, Theodore really loves

you. Since you both can't let go of each other and have decided to be together again, hold on to each other tightly and don't let go easily."
