I forced myself to shiver as the command barely touched my toes. She snarled at me as I stood rooted in my spot. “Didn’t you hear me, Omega?” She pushed herself up off the chair and growled. She was pulling her strength to her as she hobbled up to me. “Go find the Luna and convince her to walk Shannon down the aisle, or kill yourself. There is no in between.” I heard Nix and Megan growl, but I held it all in.

“Yes, Meg.” I bowed, even though she wasn’t rankled because Shannon demanded it of the omegas. I turned and left her there, on her bad leg, and stumbled towards the stairs. I snorted as I turned the corner of the bottom floor and I went searching. I made my way down the omega wing of the house, with a sneaking suspicion I would find the pair down here. I wasn’t lying when I said I saw the luna coming down here with an omega. I just was smart enough not to tell anyone that she snuck down here with her rumored lover for a quicky while her son and mate were otherwise occupied.

I heard what sounded like a grunt and release, and then there were a few soft murmurs. That sounds like a good cue. Megan prodded me.

I grimaced as I turned the handle to find it locked. A quick whispered spell had the lock turning, and then I pushed in.

“What the fuck!” The luna turned, half clothed, while the omega froze in fear with his pants half on. “Get the fuck out of here.” She screamed when she realized I was dressed as another omega.

I smiled as I stepped fully into the room and shut the door behind me. “I think not.” I surveyed the pair. The luna was in a slip. The white material was a sharp contrast to her dusky skin color. Her black hair was styled in a messy bun. Even a little sweaty, she looked very put together.

“I said get out.” She tried to put a little command into her words, but she had none. Not even a tiny bit.

The poor omega was standing in his boxers, with one leg in his pants. “Finish getting dressed. I don’t want to look at this anymore than I have to.” I looked up to the ceiling while the two finished getting dressed.

“Who the fuck are you?” Her voice was confused as she looked at me.

“She isn’t an omega…I can tell you that.” The man whispered yelled at her. “So maybe, don’t antagonize her.” He hissed. The

luna went to take a swipe at the man, but I stepped closer, head sti focused on the ceiling..

“Are you both dressed?” I waited until they both said yes before I leveled her with a smile. “No. I’m not an omega. But that doesn’t matter.”

She leveled me with a look. “What do you mean, you aren’t an omega? You are dressed like one.” She scoffed. “Why doesn’t it matter, anyway? I’m the fucking luna.”

The omega moved over behind the luna. He sensed the danger that was in front of him. “How about we don’t antagonize the woman that is blocking our exit?”

“He’s a smart man.” I grinned, and I pulled the mask off.
